The followings are some terms and conditions that could be included in an agreement for the sale of GPS trackers:

Disclaimer:
  1. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the GPS trackers are used in accordance with any applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  2. By using our GPS trackers, you acknowledge and agree that the company is not responsible for any misuse of the tracker. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the tracker is used in a legal and responsible manner, and you indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from the misuse of the tracker. The company does not endorse or encourage any illegal or irresponsible use of the tracker, and it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of GPS tracking devices.
  3. The seller will not be liable for any damages or injuries that may result from the use of the GPS trackers.
  4. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from the use of the GPS trackers.
Return and Replacement Policy:
  1. The buyer can not return the GPS tracker, the buyer only can change the tracker within 07 days of the purchase date. This is only possible If the tracker doesn’t work at all, there may be a replacement, but then there won’t be but can’t return back.
  2. For replacement, the tracker must in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.
  3. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the tracker back to the seller.
  4. The seller reserves the right to refuse any replacement if the tracker is not in its original condition or if the return is not in compliance with these terms and conditions.
  5. For replacement send the tracker to us first and after that, We will send you a replacement.
  6. If the tracker is sent back for replacement and there is any damage or loss, the tracker, the company will not be responsible.
Shipping and delivery policy:
  1. We provide shipping service for our products, and our estimated shipping time 1 week.
  2. Shipping time can be increased due to unexpected reasons.
Payments:
  1. Currently, we only do online payments and bank transfers. we will introduce online payment methods in the future.
